In October of 2002, fate brought us together!! We were both looking to get back into circulation and on that fateful night in October we started to chat! I thought she was interesting and she seemed to enjoy our talks. Little did I know that our feelings would grow much stronger!! We live worlds apart and are from totally different cultures. However, we have formed a bond that transverses all of those differences. We have not met in person but hopefully that will be resolved very soon.
BYL is 5' 1" tall and lives in Malaysia. She is a professional lady who is the Manager of Human Resources and Administration for her company. I am 6' 1" tall and live in the United States. I am an independent computer consultant.

APRIL 2003
BYL has not been feeling well lately. During the Chinese New Year period she got a throat infection. It has not completely gone away. The fact that she talks so much has not help!! :)
Hopefully she will fully recover soon!

Well, BYL finally went to a specialist and her throat is getting better!! The doctor said he was surprised she could still talk!! She did have to give up coffee and spicy foods and that almost killed her! :) Given another month or so everything should be fine!
Well, the date for our meeting has been set! We are scheduled to see each other, for the first time, in person, on August 2, 2003. The place will be Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Needless to say we are both a little nervous. I return from Malaysia on August 18th, so come back later in August for what I hope to be a very nice update to this site! :)

A lot has happened since I last updated this site! I went to Kuala Lumpur and saw LOTS of Malaysia and Singapore. Had a wonderful time and it is a trip I will never forget. The photo page contains some pictures from the trip.
BYL and I hit it off in person even better than we did on the Net! I think the best compliment I recieved was when BYL told me that I was the same in person as I was during our chatting!!!! :)
On December 23, 2003, BYL came to the USA! She was here for two weeks and returned on January 6th. I tried to show her a lot of the USA, but there is no way you can show this country in two weeks. We travelled to New York City, Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Washington D.C. and Seattle, WA. The time passed much to quickly and all to soon it was time for her to leave. :( :( The photo page has pictures from her visit.
However, before she left I asked her to marry me. She said YES!!!!! :) :) :) So, now we are in the process of making arrangements for her move here. The first step is the VISA process. BYL is also getting her affairs in order in Malaysia. Hopefully she will be here within the next six months.
